On the 12th and 13th of December 2019, project partners gathered to attend the fourth transnational meeting in Sheffield, hosted by Inova Consultancy. This meeting was a great opportunity for partners to discuss the results of the first pilot of the Mindful Managers Training Programme and Reflection Rounds and discuss the next testing phase.

Partners reported very positive feedback on their training delivery experience and shared some useful comments for the organisation of pilot 2. There was also extensive discussion on the Mindful Managers online game. Partners tested internally the usability and functionality of the App during the meeting. Last but not least there were some useful discussions on the preparation of the Policymakers Guide.
